A SERIES on NETHER (DYNAMIC ETHER) THEORY
Contrary to Amazon, whose people in my opinion are dedicated to creating a monopoly regardless of the methods used, my books are still in print and have been in print since they were first published. Suing Amazon is not cost effective and large bureaucratic bullies can be handled in other ways. I believe Amazon will probably continue to lie, either deliberately or inadvertently, and do its best to take over all the businesses it can. I have found that the legalities I would have to deal with in order to sign on with them are more than I care to follow. Lawyers and bureaucrats are best kept in the closet. I will admit that Amazon has created a number of great opportunities for the people it serves. This series of small books was written by Lew Price for the educated layman and explains the principle that unifies the forces of our universe. The theory was developed by Lew Price and Mart Gibson in the course of approximately 36 years and is succinct, cohesive, and extremely logical.
Each little book contains about 60 pages of prose, illustrations, and algebra. Calculus is not used. The concepts can be visualized and are not at all like the almost incomprehensible fantasies of currently accepted physics. There are no million-dollar words except those found in accepted texts and these are translated as clearly as possible. The intent of the writing is to communicate rather than to obscure the subject in an effort to impress the reader with the vocabulary of the author.
Although this theory is actually about dynamic ether, it is called "nether theory" because "ether" was a 19th century concept given the original property of being static (unmoving in relation to the earth) with qualities quite unlike the reality. This connotation still exists in the minds of many people. In Greek myth, nether is the underlying substance, so it seemed to be an appropriate name. The books in the series should be read in their numbered order for maximum comprehension.
Since the idea of this series was first conceived, many people have given their encouragement, time, and effort in helping it to become a reality. Mart Gibson, my wife, my brother, Paul Miller, Don Forshag, Frank Mayberry, Ron Deep, Jack Schira, Paul Sullivan, J. T. Smith, Tom Seebode, Rosie Cler, and many unmentioned friends and classmates (who are very old and treasured friends) have been especially helpful and insightful. Charles (Ace) Holman placed a condensed version of nether theory on the class of '60 website at the Air Force Academy.

This is a limited view of most of the basic parts of the theory. Those who are hesitant to order all seven books at once are encouraged to purchase this book for a preview of the entire theory.
There are still some copies of the first edition available. This edition has many typographical errors and is valuable as a collector's item. For better reading, the second edition is recommended.

This book explains, in detail, what gravity actually is.
The reasoning found in the first edition is accurate but laborious and is not as elegant as that found in the second edition. Therefore, the first edition is useful in showing some of the original thought processes involved. The second edition is better for other purposes.

The first edition is incorrect in many ways and is not recommended because the second edition on the CD is much better. However, for collectors there are some copies of the first edition available. Chapters three and four have been re-written for the second edition (as part of the complete series on CD).

This book explains why the expansion of the universe is accelerating, why some of the equations of Lorentz apply to nether theory, why Einstein's relativity is incorrect, the theoretician's concept of time and the birth of the universe, and more. It was written after several bright people had volunteered to examine and proof the manuscript. Consequently, it is much improved over the first editions of the books of the series which precede it. This is also true of the books and editions which chronologically follow.

BEHIND LIGHT'S ILLUSION in CD form with the physics websiteIf your computer has a CD player, a website browser, and a pdf reader, this is the preferred alternative to the earlier editions of the hard-copy form of the books shown above. The CD contains two versions the latest editions of the entire series of books in Behind Light's Illusion in pdf (E-book) form for use with a pdf reader (Adobe Acrobat - available on-line) as well as the current version of the author's personal website (primarily devoted to physics) which can be viewed by using your website browser off-line. One pdf version of Behind Light's Illusion is in color. The other version is almost all in black and white for more economical printing (color ink cartridges are expensive).
In converting to the PDF form, the page lengths were altered. Consequently, this version lacks the Index of Most Pertinent Words. However, the Glossary, Index of Concepts and Subjects, Bibliography, and Recommended Reading are still there. .
The price for this CD in the United States is $15.00 which includes all other expenses (tax, shipping, handling, etc.). Any additional CDs purchased by the same customer at the same time are $5.00 each.
The Behind Light's Illusion CD is made of copyrighted material. However, I have no objection to its being copied by others to give to fellow students or friends provided that each copy is exactly the same as the original (no changes) and that no copy is made for sale or any other form of profit. My primary purpose is to provide the entire theory to those who are interested. All of the material in the series is too long to be conveniently sent via the web, so the CD is the necessary means of distribution.
Some nations have salaries for college professors that are below $100 per month. Those in such nations, with an international exchange rate and an economy that prevents them from funding the full amount, may have the CD sent to them for much less than the amounts shown above. I have been funding the losses in sending books and CD's to such nations. Uncompensated expenditures of approximately $10,000 and many hours of unpaid labor is the price I have paid, to date, to research, publish, and distribute this theory.
